Two kinds of document sit side by side here, and the difference decides how old one of them is allowed to be.

Ours are the order forms and the brochures on the British and the Irish Limited. They set out what we do and what it costs, and we keep them current.

The others come from the registers. Companies House keeps the British one, the Companies Registration Office the Irish. Their guides and forms are held here as copies so that you do not have to go looking for them. What counts is always the version on their own site. If a form has changed since we copied it, theirs is the one that applies.

Anything dated before 2021 that touches EU freedom of establishment describes the position as it stood before the United Kingdom left the Union. Those files are kept because they explain how the present position came about, not because they still describe it.
