What we do
We form companies and keep them running. We prepare the documents, check a proposed name against the register, put you in touch with the notaries, solicitors and registry agents who incorporate or register a company, and take over the recurring obligations afterwards — registered office, mail forwarding, filing deadlines, annual returns.
Some of these steps are not ours to decide. Registration is a matter for the registrar, a bank account for the bank, a trade licence for the authority. We prepare and accompany; we do not promise outcomes that are in someone else's hands.
What we do not do
We do not give legal or tax advice. Neither the company nor its staff are solicitors, barristers, chartered accountants or tax advisers, and we do not hold ourselves out as such. Where a matter calls for a legal or tax opinion — including the choice of company form — it is for a solicitor, a notary or a tax adviser to give it.
The Austrian company register records our activity as the arrangement of consultancy assignments between business consultants and their clients, together with advertising and information technology services. That is the arrangement of advice, not advice itself, and the distinction is deliberate.
We are glad to name professionals we work with. You instruct them directly, under your own authority, and they invoice you directly.
