English corporations are generally required to file annual financial statements (accounts) annually. This also applies to companies that are not active in the UK. We offer a very cost-effective service for small companies in this respect. A company is small if at least two of the following three criteria are met:

• maximum annual turnover GBP 6,500,000
• Maximum balance sheet total GBP 3,260,000
• maximum 50 employees on average

The balance sheet drawn up by you/your tax consultant is converted into a FRSSE balance sheet and submitted to the Companies House. Tax and/or legal advice is not provided.

We apply for an extract from the commercial register including a certified German translation.
