Are there any additional follow up costs involved?
The one and only fixed cost is that you have the annual maintenance of your establishment address, the so-called "Registered Office". All other services and facilities are freely selectable. Recommended is the total service package, because then there all the service of the Insolution receive a fixed price (eg, forwarding of mail, answering engl. Authorities post, statutory reporting zero in England and advisory service Insolution).
