Ordering in writing
Not everyone wants to type their company into a browser. The form below does the same job on paper.
You can order any of the forms we set up this way: the UK Limited, the Irish Limited, the public limited company, the company limited by guarantee and the Ltd & Co KG.
How it works
Download the order form, fill it in, sign it and send it back — by post or as a scan by e-mail. We check it, come back to you with anything that is missing, and only then does the formation start.
Download the order form (PDF, opens in a new window)
You can also give us the details on the telephone and have us fill the form in for you. You will get it back to read and sign before anything is filed. Nothing is submitted to a register on a spoken instruction alone.
Not sure which form you want? Then the order is the wrong place to start. Ask first — that conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
Before you send it
Two things save the most time. Check the company name against the register first — a name that is already taken stops a formation before it starts, and checking takes a minute. And have identification ready for every director and shareholder; the registry agents and banks will ask for it, and we would rather tell you now than halfway through.
Useful before ordering: check a company name · prices · how a formation runs · terms of business
Or do it online after all
The web form asks the same questions, tells you straight away when something is missing, and saves the postal leg.
Questions before you commit to either? Write to us or ask for a call back.
