Production of the accounts "UK Private Limited Company" - balance transference

English corporations are obliged basically yearly to the submission of annual accounts (account). This is also valid for societies which are not active in UK. For small enterprises we offer concerning this a very reasonable service. An enterprise is small if at least two three following criteria are fulfilled:

• Annual turnover at most GBP 1,000,000
• Balance sheet total at most GBP 1,400,000

Certificate of Good Standing
(Also Certificate of Fact called. This Certificate which by the Companies House has been provided certified whether the society active or in liquidation considers. It is also confirmed who is of the Director, Secretar and where the registered office is. It lasts approx. 5 working days to us the Certificate of Good Standing have received. For these services 185.00 euros are calculated)

Annual Return
